1The start-up payments, the membership type and the associated lump-sum or monthly direct debit membership fees, initial payment term and payment dates you have chosen are set out on the application form (the initial term is the first period of membership).

2Memberships are available for initial 12 month periods and can only be paid by monthly by direct debit.  If you choose to pay your membership monthly by direct debit, there will be no additional charge.

3If you are paying by direct debit and you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we may charge reasonable administration fees or suspend or cancel your membership

4We may decide to increase our membership fees, but your fees will not increase in your initial term of membership .We will give you one month’s notice of any fee change. If you pay your membership fees as a lump-sum payment, we will only review your membership fees when your membership is due for renewal.

5If your child stops attending sessions it is your responsibility  to cancel the Direct Debit

6If you have cancelled your Direct Debit you are deemed to have left BUS.

7If you leave BUS you will be unable to return within 6 months of the cancellation date of your Direct Debit.

8Should you wish to return to BUS we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £100.



9We have several clubs. The sessions you can attend depend on the club and type of membership you have chosen. If you have multi-session membership, you can only use the sessions within your membership package. You can see a full list of all our sessions and the packages on our website.

10If your child does not attend a session for 6 weeks, we reserve the right to remove the member from their sessions and offer the place to another member on the waiting list.


11If you need to take a temporary break for any reason you can freeze your membership for a period of up to 2 monthly payments. You cannot freeze your account between Jul – Sep.


12We rarely see children leave, however if you need to cancel your membership at any time, we ask that you to inform us as soon as possible, so that we can offer the place to another child . Please remember that is your responsibility to cancel your Direct Debit.

13If you leave the club without notice B.U.S are not liable to refund any costs incurred or direct debits payments taken. We understand that mistakes are made and are always willing to talk and help where we can. Call Us.

14If you pay your membership fees monthly by direct debit, your membership will automatically continue at the end of the initial term. You will receive notification when your membership is due for renewal.

16Our coaches are committed to their sessions however we realise that due to unforeseen circumstances Schools sometimes have to cancel sessions and in that situation, BUS will always try and reschedule a session or we could discuss an appropriate refund. Please call us.

17If you do not attend sessions and it is deemed that you have left the club but your monthly Direct Debit is still being paid, your child is still entitled to their Membership Rewards until the date that your Direct Debit is cancelled.


18Please keep your contact details up to date. You can edit your Pay My Subs Online  account any time at (ADD LINK HERE). For the safety of the child we may need to call you in the rare event of an emergency.

19Sometimes due to unforeseen reasons schools cancel sessions and in that situation B.U.S. will always try to reschedule a session, if we are unable to reschedule the session/s we are happy to discuss a refunds where applicable.

20      We will not be liable for, or responsible for, any failure to perform any of our obligations under this agreement which are caused by any event that is outside our reasonable control.

21 We will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or theft of any property you or your child chose to  bring with them to any B.U.S



•                       If your child does not attend sessions due to outside influences, such as traffic. Bus cannot   offer refunds.


•         Returning members must register online to reserve their BUS session place at the beginning of each academic year.




BUS Membership Rewards will be ordered in advance, in order for your child to receive their correct requirements , (such as shirt size, short size etc). Please keep us updated, you caalways update your membership details ay any time.Unfortunately, if your membership details are not up to date we cannot be sure to have the right size available.


I authorise the staff of Ball Up Sports (B.U.S.) to act accordingly to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention and I waive and release B.U.S. from all liability for any injuries or illness incurred whilst at training sessions or events hosted by B.U.S. I understand that B.U.S takes no responsibility for any loss of / damage to personal property. I acknowledge that photographs will be taken for souvenir purposes & film footage used as a coaching tool. Film and photos may be viewable at any BUS owned orassociated websites in some promotional material.

In the event of an emergency or a session cancellation we will contact you directly from the information you have given in the contact form. Ball Up Sports will never sell or share your personal information with anyone.
